Here’s a brief overview of what you can expect:
Step 1: Initial Application

Start by completing our standard application form available on our website. We do not typically require CVs during the initial application phase to ensure a consistent evaluation process. However, if you have accessibility needs or specific circumstances as outlined by the Accessible Information Standards, you may submit a CV for special consideration. Once your application is received, we conduct an initial screening process to determine if you meet our minimum requirements. If you qualify, we will send you a detailed application form for the next stage.

Step 2: Interview

If your application proceeds, our team will reach out to schedule an interview. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you and for you to gain insights into working at Asher Excellent Ltd. For certain roles, you may be asked to prepare a short presentation. If you require any reasonable adjustments during the interview process, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

Step 3: Decision
We aim to communicate the outcome of your interview within three days. Successful candidates will receive a verbal offer, followed by a formal written offer and contract. If you are not selected, our hiring manager will provide feedback to support your future applications.
Step 4: Onboarding
After accepting the offer, we guide you through the onboarding process. This involves verifying your Right to Work in the UK, conducting a Police/Criminal Background Check, obtaining references, and completing an occupational health assessment. Our team is available to assist you through each step.
Step 5: Ongoing Communication
During the onboarding phase, you’ll receive regular updates via email and SMS. We’ll provide information about our employee benefits, the location you’ll be joining, and share insights from our team. We’ll also ask for feedback to continuously improve our processes.
Step 6: Start Date
Once all documentation and compliance checks are complete, we will agree on a start date and officially welcome you to the Asher Excellent Ltd Homecare Services family. We’re excited to have you on board! Welcome to the team!
